Arcée makes wall lights in glass fibre reinforced concrete. Each piece is cast by hand, cured and finished in our Gold Coast workshop. Natural variation in tone, texture and surface character is part of the product.

Two finishes

Every piece is cast in one of two surfaces. Same mix, same mould, different hand at the finish.

Smooth

Poured and finished to an even surface with a fine natural speckle. Quiet, precise, closer to rendered concrete.

Hand-pressed

Pressed by hand into the mould, leaving open pores and surface variation. No two pieces are the same. Reads as stone, ages like it.

Every piece passes through the same three stages before it leaves the studio.

Cast

Glass fibre reinforced concrete is hand-poured into each mould.

Cure

Pieces cure on our own timeline, never rushed to meet a batch.

Finish

Each light is sanded, sealed and wired by hand before dispatch.
